Brad Paisley found that pot luck wasn't so lucky, so he's added his own catering to his tour's production. He says, "It was pot luck per city. It was like, you know, you'd go into a building, and the civic arena would have its own caterer, and they all thought they were original with chicken and ravioli. It's like, every day, geez, how much more can we eat of that? And bad chicken and ravioli -- it wasn't even good." The Paisley Party Tour plows and chows its way to Atlanta on Thursday.

She's there when you need her without you needing to ask her." Josh and Anne Marie are expecting their fourth child later this year.

A New York charity turned down a share of a $3 million lottery jackpot, saying that accepting the money could send the wrong message to gambling addicts. Buddy is heard whimpering and barking after the dispatcher answers and repeatedly asks if the caller needs help. Officers arrived at the house within two minutes. Stalnaker spent two days in the hospital and has recovered from the seizure.
Many Americans are furious over the price of gas spiking nearly a dollar in some parts of the country before Hurricane Ike ever made landfall. While the average price of gas nationwide has already shot up 12 cents in the past two days to $3.785 a gallon, some locations in Tennessee, South Carolina and a few other states, saw prices over $5 per gallon in anticipation of Hurricane Ike. Many southern states get a huge portion of their fuel from the Texas coast, which shut down production before the storm hit Saturday morning. Several gas stations across the south ran out of all grades of fuel after a near-panic set in Thursday night.

Darius Rucker had a simple reason for naming his new album "Learn to Live." The singer says the songs he recorded reflect what's going on for him right now. The project itself was two years in the making, and was one that Rucker didn't really think would land on a major label, much less give him his first top ten country single. Rucker admits he's a huge country fan and would have recorded the album anyway and released it independently. But Rucker didn't have to do things on his own, as he was offered a deal with Capitol Records/Nashville. "Learn to Live" will be in stores Tuesday.
