Found in the flesh and rind of watermelons, citrulline reacts with the body’s enzymes when consumed in large quantities and is changed into an amino acid that benefits the heart and circulatory and immune system. Researchers said more citrulline – about 60% - is found in watermelon rind than in the flesh, but that can vary.

In a ruling, the court said Pringles can be sold tax-free because they do not contain enough potato. In a nuanced discussion of what is and what is not a potato chips, one judge noted that, currently, Pringles are just 42-percent potato. The World Customs Organization includes Pringles with tortilla chips rather than potato chips when it levies duty.
