JetBlue will be conducting a trial of bag check and security systems at its new John F. Kennedy International Airport terminal, which is set to open in September. The airline is looking for 1,000 of its frequent flyers to show up at JFK on August 23rd to check bags given to them by the airline, go through security and wait at the assigned gate for their imaginary “flight.” In return, the airline is promising unspecified “giveaways,” free parking and lunch. JetBlue is taking no chances with the systems at its new Terminal 5, following the chaotic opening of British Airways’ Terminal 5 at London’s Heathrow Airport in March, as baggage systems failed and staff didn’t know their way around the building. Only last week, American had to cancel flights from JFK after its baggage system software malfunctioned at a different terminal.

Booger is back. An American woman received five puppies yesterday that were cloned from her beloved late pitbull, becoming the inaugural customer of a South Korean company that says it is the world's first successful commercial canine cloning service. Seoul-based R-N-L Bio said the clones of Bernann McKinney's dog Booger were born last week after being cloned in cooperation with a team of Seoul National University scientists, who created the world's first cloned dog in 2005. "It's a miracle!" McKinney repeatedly shouted when she saw the cloned Boogers at a Seoul National University laboratory. McKinney said, "Yes, I know you! You know me, too!" as she hugged the puppies, which were sleeping with one of their two surrogate mothers, both Korean mixed breed dogs.

Milwaukee police said a 30-year-old man was hurt Monday when a dead cow at a slaughterhouse fell off of a hook and on top of him. Milwaukee Fire Department spokeswoman Tiffany Wynn said the cow fell off the hook and onto the man, hitting him on the shoulder and neck at Cargill Inc. just before noon. She said it was a whole cow and the victim was about to butcher it. He suffered moderate but not life-threatening injuries and was taken to Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-St. Francis hospital for treatment. Police are investigating how the cow fell on top of the man and determining whether an investigator from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration will have to look at the details of the case as an industrial accident

It lifts, it separates and it can stop a bullet in its tracks. According to the "Daily Telegraph," police women throughout Germany are now being issued bullet-proof bras. The move comes because female cops routinely received injuries when wearing traditional bras under their bullet-proof vests. Officials say the metal and plastic portions of the undergarment would be pushed into their flesh. The new bullet-proof bras have no metal or plastic, and are thickly padded. At least three-thousand female officers are part of the first wave to use the garments. They'll each be issued three bras.

There's word that one of the first public pics of celebrity twins Vivienne and Knox Jolie-Pitt may have been doctored. "New York" magazine alleges that while three-week-old Vivienne is shown apparently smiling on the latest cover of "People" magazine, according to "Parenting" magazine, babies don't smile from exterior stimulation until they are two-to-four-months-old. "New York" also reports that another possible explanation is that the twins are older than reported, and that their birth was kept a secret for a while to avoid paparazzi attention. "People" reportedly paid 14-million-dollars for rights to the first photos of the twins, who are the fifth and sixth children for actors Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. All proceeds are expected to go to charity.

Tim McGraw opens up about his family life, his youthful vices and who wears the pants in his family in People's Country Music Special. He tells the magazine that wife Faith Hill is the boss of the family. He explains, "She's so type-A that she writes everything down...And that's the way I like it. That way I don't have to think!" His pride and joy are his three daughters, who all possess completely different qualities. 11-year-old Maggie is the most like him; Maggie, who is 10, is the nature lover; and six year-old Audrey is just like her mom. People's Country Music Special will be on newsstands Friday.

The next single from Chris Cagle's My Life's a Country Song C-D will be "Never Ever Gone." Picking singles isn't as easy as it sounds, but Chris has some words of advice. He tells us, "Don't waiver from what you want to accomplish or how you want to be seen as a country singer... And make sure you have songs that verify and validate that point." And Chris believes he has a winner with "Never Ever Gone." He says, "Not one line, not one lyric, not one note lets you down. It's the only love song with a negative connotation that I've heard that makes me feel good... It's one of my personal favorites on the album." Chris is performing at fairs and festivals all over the country this summer, including tomorrow's Fuddfest in Deerbrook, Wisconsin.
