Matt did a little whinning this morning about how he is getting tired of Michael Phelps and all the money he is making. I thought I would just share a really great picture of him that says it all just for Matt. Make sure to share your views with Matt!

A premature baby who was pronounced dead "came back to life" Sunday after five hours in a Jerusalem hospital. The baby girl, who was in a cooler at the hospital, suddenly showed signs of life and was being treated in the premature baby unit. Doctors estimated that the cooler brought the fetus "back to life." The mother, 26, was in the fifth month of her pregnancy when she underwent a series of tests, during which it was discovered that she was suffering from internal bleeding and that the fetus had ceased to show signs of life. The woman underwent an abortion and the baby -- weighing one pound, five and a half ounces (or 610 grams) -- was extracted from her womb without a pulse, hospital officials said. A senior doctor pronounced the baby dead and she was transferred to the cooler. Five hours later, the woman's husband came to the hospital to take what he thought was his dead baby girl for burial. When the baby was taken out of the cooler, she began to breathe. The premature baby was then taken to the intensive care ward.

LeAnn Rimes is so much comfortable on stage now that she found her soul-mate, husband Dean Sheremet. LeAnn tells the Houston Chronicle, "Having someone there who supports me and constantly loves me for who I am allows me to work from such a free, creative place." LeAnn also credits Dean for getting her through her recent bout with tonsillitis. She says, "Tonsillitis is horrible, but enjoying my husband's home cooking always gets me back on track." And back on track she is, as a part of Kenny Chesney's Poets and Pirates Tour.

A new book features country artists talking about their horses. Brad Paisley, Montgomery Gentry's Eddie Montgomery, Willie Nelson, and Heidi Newfield are among those included in "Horse Country: A Celebration of Country Music and the Love of Horses." The stories vary from funny to poignant, with each singer revealing what it is that makes a horse such a great companion. Author Lisa Wysocky [[why-socky]] is a therapeutic riding instructor who has written other books about country music and horses. Other artists featured in the book include Tanya Tucker, Charlie Daniels, Hal Ketchum, and Chris Cagle. "Horse Country" will be in stores on October 14th.

The “Buds-n-Suds” charity concert and canoe trip is back for the 11th time in support of the Tennessee Chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America. Darryl Worley will perform at an August 26th concert at the Limelight Club in Nashville. The kickoff concert will also feature a silent auction. The canoe trip will be held on Saturday at Henry Horton State Park.

Trisha Yearwood is the first country artist to be featured on A-O-L Music's concert series. The show, which was filmed in front of an intimate audience in Nashville, will premiere tomorrow on A-O-L's country portal The Boot. The concert features stories and songs from her current C-D, Heaven, Heartache and the Power of Love.
Pop stars are notorious for issuing ridiculous demands in their concert riders -- but not Miley Cyrus. The New York Post obtained a copy of the tween queen's backstage requests and found them to be surprisingly reasonable. Miley asks that her dressing area simply be stocked with 12 bottles of Vitamin Water, 12 bottles of Evian and 12 turkey-and-American cheese sandwiches -- a far cry from the scented candles, floral arrangements and specially built bathrooms some divas demand.

Chuck Wicks is enjoying his second hit single with “All I Ever Wanted,” and when it comes to all that Chuck wants, he’s not the kind of guy who would ever want to go back and change things. Wicks says he’s a big believer in “everything happens for a reason.” Chuck offers his philosophy on life.

Jewel has returned from her honeymoon, and she’s spilling the beans on her surprise wedding. Jewel writes on her Web site that new hubby Ty Murray proposed on her birthday, May 23rd. They had just wrapped shooting the video for her new single “I Do,” which she wrote about their relationship. Jewel says Ty gave her a leather strap with a key on it instead of a ring, because “a diamond would have given us away.” Ty and Jewel tied the knot on August 7th.

Jack Ingram isn't making a fashion statement, but lets the dog tags he wears speak for themselves -- including one from "Whataburger." He says, "It brings back memories of playing for burgers and beer back at Adair's in Dallas when I was starting out." Jack also wears a "Never Lost" tag taken from a Hertz rental car and a "Dreams Come True" tag -- a tour gift from Sugarland. He adds, "Maybe what I am really trying to convey is that I am never lost on my way to a Whataburger!"

Rosanne Cash has taken exception to a statement made by John Rich and later posted on C-M-T-dot-com. At a rally for presidential hopeful John McCain, John said that if Johnny Cash were still alive he would support John McCain. Rosanne fired off a statement to the website voicing her displeasure at the use of her father's name. The statement in part read, "It is appalling to me that people still want to invoke my father's name, five years after his death, to ascribe beliefs, ideals, values and loyalties to him that cannot possibly be determined and to try to further their own agendas by doing so."

Anna Faris needed some body re-shaping to play a Playboy bunny in the comedy The House Bunny, in theaters on Friday. She tells us, "[My character] has got a lot of hair. She likes a lot of makeup. We had to do a lot of body make-up, and make-up to make my cleavage look bigger. Getting into wardrobe definitely took a good 20 minutes or so [of] strapping in. It was a challenge."

Milwaukee is getting set to honor a TV icon. The cast of the classic series "Happy Days" will descend on the city today for the dedication of a new, life-size bronze statue of Fonzie, erected in honor of the show's character Arthur "The Fonz" Fonzarelli, played by actor Henry Winkler. Along with Winkler, "Happy Days" stars Marion Ross, Tom Bosley, Erin Moran, Don Most, and Anson Williams are expected to be on hand. Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams, who were featured on the "Happy Days" spinoff "Laverne and Shirley," are also slated to appear. The statue of Fonzie will be located on Milwaukee's Riverwalk, just south of Wells Street. "Happy Days," which aired on ABC from 1974 to 1984, was set in Milwaukee.

A Colorado man wasn't about to let getting struck by lightning stand in the way of his wedding plans. Mike and Dawn Speck of Evergreen were about to tie the knot when Mike says he heard a sizzle and saw a bright flash that made him feel warm and tingly. However, he didn't have time to think about what just struck him as the lightning also set his neighbor's house on fire so he quickly grabbed a garden hose to help douse the flames. Mike was then checked out by paramedics and given the go ahead to take his vows. The 54-year-old is a very lucky man as he was also struck by lightning a decade and a half ago. The Specks picked the date of 8/8/8 to get married for the good luck the numbers represent.

Two weeks ago, the Butler County, Kentucky sheriff and a deputy hopped into their cruiser and drove to California and back -- more than 41-hundred miles -- to bring a man to Kentucky for failing to appear in court on the minor felony charge of fleeing from police and drunken driving, a misdemeanor. On the way there, they stopped to sightsee at Buck Owens' Crystal Palace in Bakersfield, California. On the way back, they bought T-shirts at a souvenir shop. Only when they got back to Western Kentucky and turned their prisoner over to the jail did anyone confirm through fingerprints and mug shots what their prisoner, 27-year-old Joe Oros the Third, had been saying all along -- they had the wrong man. Embarrassed by the mistake, the county swiftly put Oros on a plane back to California. But the cross-country jaunt may prove to cost the county a little more than the expense of a plane ticket. As he was being freed, Oros ran into a helpful Kentucky lawyer who agreed to sue Butler County and the State of California, if necessary, to try to get extra compensation for the two-thousand miles he rode in shackles.

Fire investigators in Reno, Nevada, say a teenager trying to kill spiders with fire Sunday afternoon accidentally set a fence and part of his home on fire. The blaze burned through a wall and damaged a kitchen ceiling before firefighters put it out. Officials said they doubt the 17-year-old boy will be charged with any crime because the fire is being ruled accidental.

Australian authorities said a lost humpback whale calf has bonded with a yacht it thinks is its mother. The one- to two-month-old calf was first sighted on Sunday off the coast of Sydney, and on Monday it tried to breastfeed off the yacht. Rescuers towed the yacht out to sea and the calf finally gave up, but still swam nearby. Without its real mother, another group of humpbacks on its annual migration could become its new family. Either way, rangers will continue to monitor its progress.

A cow in Hygiene, Colorado, went after a bear that had climbed up her favorite apple tree. Jack McDonald said that at first the bear climbed out of the tree when the cow approached. After a few moments of sniffing each other, the cow – named Apple – chased off the bear.

Being nude might have been crude, but not lewd. That’s the gist of a ruling from a Pennsylvania judge who tossed out a lewdness charge against Penn State student Elizabeth Burke. Burke was one of seven arrested at the annual spring streak. Her lawyer argued the unofficial campus ritual is a “harmless episode of youthful exuberance.” The judge agreed and said there was no evidence that those who might have seen the naked dash were “affronted or alarmed.” Prosecutors say they may Appeal.

It was another fast Tuesday and Matt and I want to thank you for rolling with Wheelz 100.5! Tune in tomorrow for another day of winning and always lots of fun!
